A. Relief For Class Members Who Have Experienced “Sharp Edges”

If your All-Clad D3, D5, or LTD Cookware has developed “sharp edges” as described in this lawsuit, you can return your damaged cookware and choose one of these three options:

Relief For Class Members Who Have Not Experienced “Sharp Edges” Or Who Have Discarded Damaged Cookware

If your All-Clad D3, D5, or LTD Cookware has not developed “sharp edges” as described in this lawsuit, or if it did and you have discarded it, you can, with proof of purchase, receive a Future Purchase Credit of 35% off purchases, up to a total purchase of $750 (up to a $262.50 value), for any products on All-Clad’s website.

In order to process your claim, you must submit photos of your All-Clad Cookware for examination. This will ensure you have All-Clad Cookware exhibiting the “sharp edges” issue identified in the Settlement. Once your photos are examined, we will advise you of any next steps for processing your claim.

The photos required are:

1. An image of the bottom of your Cookware (showcasing the All-Clad logo)

and

2. An image of the edge(s) (side or top) where the Cookware has become sharp.

If you are submitting images of more than one eligible pan, please be sure to include two photos of each eligible pan as described above. Please make sure your provided images clearly show the product and the "sharp edges".
